Martine Ouellet reveals VERY disturbing facts about the ‘Anti-Terrorism Bill C-393’

Addressing a Parliamentary select committee tasked with studying this month’s Quebec anti-terrorism bill S-203, Bloc Quebecois leader Martine Ouellet revealed the alarming findings of her cross-Canada-shot head-to-head with MPs.

During that investigation she found the local minimum wage being less than $2 an hour, Ontario unemployment at 7.3%, and almost a quarter of Montrealers above the minimum wage. The price of life insurance per annum is almost 200% higher in Canada versus the United States and living expenses are higher by about 25% relative to those south of the border.

Ouellet argues the combined bill is a “flagrant and blatant attack on the fundamental rights and freedoms of the Quebecois.”

Ouellet also revealed that at the same time she is meeting with MPs, and Parliamentarians from other regions of Canada, she is heading back to Montreal to meet with her supporters in battle against the bill.

Report from the House of Commons: The Committee looks at Bill C-393, which would increase police powers over criminal activity.

The Bloc will hold a series of public hearings on the bill before being unable to cast its ballots in the case.
